Privacy notice

This notice explains how Pietas would handle personal data once the service is live. In this preview, the forms are not connected and nothing you type is sent or stored.

Who we are

What we collect

For families: your first name, email, the type of care you are looking for, a postcode district and any notes you choose to add. We do not ask for a child's name, date of birth or health details at enquiry stage.

For providers: your name or setting name, email, provider type, Ofsted URN and the area you cover.

Why, and our lawful basis

To respond to your enquiry or application (steps before a contract, or legitimate interests). Checks such as DBS are carried out by licensed partners under their own notices.

Public Ofsted data

Nursery pages use Ofsted's public register under the Open Government Licence. We do not publish settings registered under an individual's own name.

How long we keep it, and your rights

Retention periods [to be confirmed]. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
